Research and Circuit Imprinter

Bug Description:
The circuit imprinter can build anything on the research levels, and it the menus from the Protelathe and the Circuit imprinter are all messed up (Circuits on the protelathe menu and normal itens on the circuit menu)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Research to the level of what you want
2. Open the circuit imprinter menu with glass and sulphuric acid in it
3. Build anything you want

Yeah we all know about it, and the sonic jackhammer is the only usefull thing you can make with it, this bug is at the bottom of the things that need to be fixed.

Yeah, i used the jackhammer as an example, but i could, eventually, get to some pretty OP stuff
