Full Rifle Mags are Negative

Bug Description: Examining a full rifle mag gets the following:

Probably affects other things too.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get full rifle mag from dispenser.
2. Examine it.
3. Presto.

I always assumed it meant -1 in the magazine (accounting for one being locked and loaded). But it did seem weird...

It's just a small typo due to how rounds work in the mag. It just means it's full, whatever the maximum value might be.
