Bug Description: Title, wrong ammo only has 1 out of 1 bullets.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Armory
2. Vend Default SMG ammo
3. Have no SMG ammo
Default SMG ammo loaded into Marine Vendors instead of M39
