Bug Description: As I spawned in as a DS, I was unable to use our :h channel. I've checked my headset, and everything was enabled. This has also happened to me during a normal ERT. Alot of these times, including the DS round, the sulaco comms were fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1.spawn as DS or ert.
2.try to use channel
3.just have what you said in italics, like when comms are down.

i think that the issue revolves around that the DS channel revolves around still using the Ships tcoms. which were more then likely disabled during the first alien invasion

So, I was just an iron bear, and I can confirm, it's not the sulaco comms, as they were fully functioning, and our :h channel still failed to work.

:3 Is not a comms channel. It is russian, which is the only language you can speak.
