Bug Description: Title

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be Ah Nu Cheeki Breeki Iv Damki
2. Attempt to speak on Radio in Russian
3. Fail.

He means speak in ACTUAL Russian i think

If you are an Iron Bear you have to use say :3 to speak. Using just the "say" verb will result in Gibberish. Thus you cannot use :H or ; commands as they override the :3 and vice versa.

If I remember right, and if it works here, you can actually do say, :h:3 and it'll work.
