Public Discord?

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
I think it would be cool to get some of the people who are regulars on here to be able to VOIP. Like having a place where everyone could hang out and just talk about ss13 and colonial marines. Kind of like a Vocal forum.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Well it provides a better place then just a simple forum for people to come in and talk if they want. Voice communication is alot more personable then simple text.
And the best part about it is that it's free!
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Pretty simple.
-General Chat
For non colonial marines stuff. For people to get to know eachother and become friends.

-OOC Chat
For those who are playing. to come in and discuss whatever as long as it isn't meta.

-Mod/admin Chat
For mods to be able to quickly voice concerns or whatever
