PMC ERT Bugs

Bug Description: PMC Sniper spawns with VP70 but VP78 ammo. PMC M39B/2 starts with just 1 round in the gun.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a PMC ERT
2. Look at Sniper Loadout
3. Look at M39B/2
