Bug Description:

The smartgun bullet speed is slower then a ravager on weeds as I found out after firing 7 rounds after a ravager running down a long 1 block wide tunnel which easily made it to the other end even though the bullets were fired the moment it failed to knock me down and was a block or two away and had 20 blocks to run
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a 1 block wide 20 block long weeded tunnel
2. Have the ravager start 2 blocks from the smartgun marine and take off running and the marine start firing right after
3.Observe the ravager outrun a bullet and defy all laws of speed and physics

... Yea, that really should not happen. Kinda weird situation are you sure they wern't hit at all? I think if they make it faster than BYOND could crash because it could be way too quick for byond to keep up
