Bug Description: The sniper durag does not appear to properly change its sprite facing regardless of player orientation. It appears to be the "North Facing" Sprite 100% of the time. Additionally, the color band appears ABOVE the sprite, causing some weird issues.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be Spec Sniper
2. Wear Durag
3. Look at Durag
