Dropping items with broken bones that aren't the hand

Bug Description:
So you can drop items with your legs broken,some odd logic right there.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Break a leg.
2.Fix it or not with out surgery.
3.Hold any item and suddenly drop it.

1. Break leg.
2. Try moving on broken leg.
3. Scream in pain.
4. Drop whatever im doing/holding and clutch leg in writhing pain.
5. Contemplate life.

Seems pretty logical to me.
