Bug Description:
Starting from today, I get the following message, "Please remove wsock32.dll from c:/program files/byond/bin and reconnect.", when connecting to the server, and then immediately disconnected. It worked fine yesterday and I haven't changed anything since then. The instruction also isn't any help since: (a) my Byond installation isn't installed under program files and (b) there's no wsock32.dll file in the bin-folder of my Byond installation.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Verify that no wsock32.dll file exists in the bin-folder
2. Connect to to server in Byond?
Disconnected with message to remove wsock32.dll upon connecting, but no such file exists

It went away after a round restart it seems
