Marines can't point at things

Bug Description: Attempt to point at an object. Realize you can't. Wonder why.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a Marine
2. Attempt to Point.
3. Fail.

It's a slight bug because people were abusing it to point at cloaked predators using the verb and I attempted some repairs. It'll be fixed shortly.
