Bug Description:pumping shotguns creates shell casings while not emptying the chamber, shooting it will use the shell
Steps to reproduce:
1.pump shotgun repeatidly
2.look at pile of shells on floor
3.look at shotgun and it's still full
you can pump shotguns to create infinite shell casings without emptying chamber
