Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Rework system of attachments unnable to be put in backpacks.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This change was too much nerf without any logic involved, make it more adequate.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Input:
Even RDS can't fit in backpack.

Make only GLs (shotties and flamers too, if you want) impossible to put into backpacks, because of safety rules, dunno. Make "Putting loaded %name_of_underslug_attachment% in your backpack doesn't seem to be a good idea, isn't it?" string to pop up if you try to put such attachment into backpack, for example.

But leave all other attachments alone. Revert them back, so we can carry them in backpacks again.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Some time of coding, not much, I suppose.

+1 The whole concept of not being able to put some of the actual smallest items in game is ridiculous and immersion break and I think in general a bad direction to take the game. I really don't want to see balance taking huge leaps of priority over realism since it would quickly destroy what makes ss13 unique and turn it into another generic shooter only worse because it's on byond.

+1 for making them in pockets too. Just restrict g-launcher and other hazardous attachments from going into bags.

I am kind of unsure, but i do know that some weapons attachments can now be fit into backpacks. can someone give me a quick peak to see if this suggestion has been implemented? If so, this thread can be moved to LOCKED and RESOLVED.
