If you get hugged while using a scope, scope view never cancels.

Bug Description: Title.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use a scope.
2. Get hugged.
3. Fail to be able to do anything until you reconnect.

Either F12 or pick use the rifle again and then drop it

This isn't the ui disappearing, this is the "scope view" aka see significantly further than normal remaining open.

Yep can confirm, cancel camera view does not work. Nor does f12

Rejoining worked.

This has been fixed with the recent binoculars exploit fix, view will now always reset when it should, instead of "most of the time"
