Bug Description: Guns that should be ejecting casings, like pistols, do not. This applies to everything but the shotguns. This might be a measure to prevent lag, but the pulse rifles/SMGs/smartguns are caseless, so it shouldn't matter much as they are the most used weapons.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a non shotgun.
2. Shoot it.
3. Be disappointed.

Casings created a lot of lag when being spawned and getting deleted again.
