Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Basically add a Xeno/Marine counter like the ERT beacon has to prevent marines Metacalling the Transfer Shuttle without reason. Plus the removal of Xeno player votes during Crew Transfer voting.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Both would help remove Alien/Marine meta votes.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Basically vote removal would just not allow Xeno players to vote and the Xeno/Marine counter would work basically like the ERT beacon counter.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding

agreed, Xenos unanimously voted no when the vote was called. Forced some xenos to use LOOC to contact each other to vote. Not sure what it would add to balance issues though.

Isn't it only marines by default? If not then it really should be. Its the marines choice not the alien.

the vote counts all players that are alive, including the aliens.

It's a generalized vote to end the round. You are not meant to call the shuttle at all unless there are no admins on and the round has been going on for a while.

I've seen xenos use LOOC to tell other xenos to vote against a crew transfer before because they were unaware that the Sulaco had gotten fucked over by griefers to the point where the round was essentially unplayable for marines. A crew transfer results in a xeno victory in any case so I would honestly be fine with not allowing xenos to deny a crew transfer out of spite.

Crew transfer isn't a thing you can really do; it should likely be removed completely. Resolved.
