Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Allow marines to fix helmets without need to get new one.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Well, it kinda will stop that silly "WE NEED MOAH HELMATS, MUN'! SENDH MOAH HELMATS!!1!".
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Well, fixing helmet requires engineer, wielding tool, plaststeel and time or something else. Might be pretty useful and still hard to do.
