Better warnings

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Let aliens or humans actually know when they're hit, with a big red warning, like the queen's large text, instead of the minuscule warning that is the same as the warning when someone fires a bullet.

A flashing icon/overlay visible only to the player being hit, using the code for hallucinations perhaps? Anything but larger text. The chat is already completely unreadable in combat.
