Bug Description: sticking a gun into your mouth and pulling the trigger doesn't insta-kill you.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab a gun
2. Aim to the mouth
3. Pull the trigger

Observation: I pulled the trigger way before getting nested, being in crit at the ground is the reason i got nested in the first time.
