Hugslashing should be forbidden

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Lately, there has been a very scummy alien tactic, where they facehug you, and then, instead of taking you for a hatch, they slash your face off.. It should not be a thing.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Would make combat against xenos slightly less cheap, and hopefuly more fair.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Add a rule to disallow to slash a host (who didn't even manage to wake up yet), just after facehugging a marine. First of all, such action insults glorious mellee combat... Secondly, it kind of seems not right for aliens to kill people that they infest with their babies.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Add a rule, or maybe even make it impossible to perform at all.

Hopefully one day the balance will be shifted from huggers to aliens themselves. Huggers will work on restrained hosts only, but aliens will be like 3 times scarier to compensate.

Been advocating this change for about a year now. If it ever actually happens I will be extremely happy.

Apop has no problem with this. Until we remove carrying huggers, this is likely going to remain as it is.
