Bug Description: If a survivor is hugged and eaten by a xeno in transport, the stomach acid starts to kill the survivor. The xeno in question went under a wooden barricade and went afk. The survivor couldn't reverse-chestburst the runner and died from acid because the barricade didn't allow it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be survivor
2. Get hugged/eaten by a runner
3. Runner goes under barricade
4. Runner goes afk
5. Survivor dies from stomach acid without reverse bursting

Maybe the survivor had a weapon he thought could reverse burst, but didnt?

The survivor had a crowbar and that is able to reverse burst. Hell, you can do it with an empty pistol.
