Bug Description: The Universal Recorder does not record the dialogue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get an Universal Recorder either from Security or South of Nexus
2. Try recording with it
3. Play the file, after recording of course
4. Realize that the recorder does not record the dialogue no matter how much you try

Isn't there something you have to put in the recorder first in order to make it play, like one of the tape things?
