Remove ERT shuttle from round-count.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Simply put, make it so CentComm doesn't count as marine count as it often gets me to escape through ERT shuttles with no admins while I try to hide and keeps the round dragging.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Remove delay, help when staff can't intervene.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): It's really just self-explanatory.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Remove the area from the count.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

either that OR let ERT kill ANYONE that gets in there who is not in their group,or idk just lock the door as they exit

+1. If you're THAT sneaky, you totally should live. Remove ALL centcom z-level from alive count.

More like, non-ERT shouldn't be on the shuttle as it's designed as a mechanic to move ERT, not a way to escape xenos.

I'll sticky this for further discussion, but the method will probably be LETHAL to non-ERT members.

Any mob on the Centcomm Z-level (which includes the Thunderdome and the docked ERT shuttles) does not count towards round end

On the other hand, it's not uncommon to get ahelps from people who get trapped here, ERT or not

Preferably, the shuttle should simply wipe once it returns. There's nothing to be seen here, and all the ERT members are spawned from dead people, so if they don't do their job they're dead again
