Bug Description: The upgrade warning for 'if you upgrade can't evolve' doesn't work if you press no. It still evolves.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Wait for jelly and plasma as hivelord/other lifeform.
2. Upgrade.
3. Press no, upgraded.

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
