Alien Balancing suggestion

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): I've seen a lot of salt in my life, but not as much as during this recent xeno update. I can understand why people are so salty, but come on. I just want to suggest a balance for aliens so there aren't Ancient Runners 2-shot decapping marines like its going out of style. That's the Ravager's job!

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would lead to less generation of salt and more actual strategizing than 'lulpounce-ded'.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): As people know the hive limits in place, I'd happily wait for the hive to grow bigger so I can evolve further. In a nutshell, this is my suggestion.
Tier 1 (Runner, Drone, Sentinel): They are the weakest of the hive, not counting boiler so they should only upgrade to Mature aka one upgrade.
Tier 2 (Carrier, Hivelord, Hunter, Spitter): Getting stronger here, two upgrades to elite.
Tier 3 (Ravager, Crusher, Praetorian, Boiler): They can turn a game around, which gives them full access from young to ancient.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Utilize the same code that kept aliens from evolving further than their respective capstones to prevent upgrading past the capstone as outlined in details.

What's fair and balanced about say... a hive of ancient runners? Nothing. I'm trying to give marines a FIGHTING CHANCE against a slew of xeno victories. Oh and this will be my last post on this topic because people are willing to burn the world down to give a reasonable suggestion a -1.

Seems pretty legit, no more runner spams that ferment into insane killing beasts, that's for the higher ups. +1

+1, have to agree.

If you think about it how do tiers and upgrades work in hierachy? Is an ancient runner greater than an elite hunter? I feel like this should be forced to establish the hierarchy.

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

I like the idea of Young to Ancient lower level aliens, perhaps it would be better to make T1 alien upgrades far cheaper and less powerful?

I've already encountered 3 ancient runners at once, and I want to tell you, that this is bullshit. +1 for this suggestion, hive of ancient runners is retarded thing.

Why shouldn't a old experienced Runner be able to do more damage?
And if you made only T3's able to go Ancient, we'd never seen them. It's been like what 2 weeks and we've had like 1 T3 Ancient.

this is a bit silly given that the point of the update was the opposite however having 10+ elite to ancient runners able to kill a marine with 3 hits makes even a small group destructive at late game which is just awful. Instead of giving aliens bonuses based on how long they have lived give them bonuses on other things like how much damage they have done (boilers and ravagers) how much they have sponged (crushers) the marine to xeno ratio(queens n drones) how many facehuggers have been attached (runners) how many people have been knocked over by spit ( who are unrestrained) for sentinels. This makes each class have an objective aswell meaning you don't have runners lethalling everyone because then they wont get upgrades. Needs some tweaking obviously but it's better than removing the system completely

High ranking Aliens like Sentinels and Spitters are nearly impossible to deal with since they can spit out stun darts on a continual basis.

Get stunned at range, get up, get stunned, get up, get stunned, die eventually.

As for the stunning, it costs plasma. Plasma runs out. When it runs out, you get back up. If they're slashing/huggering you while you're stunned, your teammates should help you. If you have no teammates nearby, it's your own fault for getting wrecked by an Alien when you went off alone.

T3's evolve way too slow and ancient T1's, despite their high power get really reckless and get wrecked, i saw a lot of people going ancient t1 and dying shortly therefter. -1

This place would be so much better if marines were replaced with cyborgs, atleast those would follow orders. assuming there was a rule forcing them to do so...

-1 No. Upgrades take time, let alone 100% health and plasma, whichd be impossible if you're in combat. The upgrade system is an example of what happens if Marines wait too long to strike, the xenos get more efficient in combat and more dangerous to handle.

just pointing out that a players skill with T1s plays a big role like any other caste

a complete noob as ancient runner is less dangerous then a pro young runner

secondly any group of xenos is dangerous and yeah you got rekt but xenos are supposed to be stronger 1v1 compared to marines
