Bug Description:
Friendly intent runners can go through barricades with people and push them over it to the spot before the barricade

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a marine stand on a barricade
2. Have a friendly runner run up to the marine with his friendly claws
3. Watch as friendly runner pushes marine over the barricade as friendly fire ensues towards the marine over the barricade
