Add Mp berets to the military police equipment lockers.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Basically you can only spawn with a military beret if you don't have a custom hat loadout, so it would be nice if they were i nth emilitary police lockers so players had the choice of what to wear. (fashion police)

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Being able to look trendy with a sweet MP beret if you don't spawn with one due to a custom hat choice.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just adding the Mp beret to the Mlitary plice equipment lockers.
