Jelly progress alternative

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Jelly progress is different depending on where you are.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Makes weed more important (as if they weren't enough). Can make sure xenos don't progress if they're lost in space / near eva which I find is exploitative.
A bit more balance.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

When aliens eat jelly, the progress of jelly should be different depending on where they are.

0 if they're in space, slower when they're in non-weeded tiles, normal if they're on weed. This would make weeding extremely important (as if it wasn't enough).

The reason I suggest this is for balance purposes. All you really need is one hunter to get onboard the Sulaco, go to EVA and stay there the entire time since aliens are immune to space indefinitely. At that point, when it's time for aliens to fight they can already be elite or ancient or even have evolved while they were in space. I've seen several aliens do this where they head off to EVA because it's the best place to avoid marines.

Sure they can just stay near eva but it'll still be slow. I'm sure some marines will find out about a non productive alien near EVA....eventually....maybe not.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Check what tile they are on ( space / lattice / other tiles / weeds )

Add more counter time for other tiles. Make it infinite for space / lattice. Weeds can have the same old counter.

We just updated the aliens with an alternative progression. Too early for this. Locked.
