Bug Description:Having your healed hand not work at all to just return this annoying ass message:
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get FFed in the hand.
2.Go get surgery on said hand.
3.???
4.Oh boy, your hand is permanently useless, therefore crippling you horribly!
Note: You can wield guns, take one from a stack of things, or press buttons or interact with things, but can't pick stuff up or check yourself with it.
Fun to be had, time to be glad.

There's a fix to it in game. Basically, get the doctors to cut off the arm you can't use then place it back on or replace it.
Troublesome, as usual.

That's not really a fun work around.
