Add an attachment to bypass marines

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):Add an attachment to bypass the bullets from marines just like the smartgun does

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):it could have like 5 or 6 of them in the cargo, it could take an item slot in the upper part of the gun

Isn't this what the smart gun is for that requires a specialist?

This would be very useful though.

The smartgun check slows down bullet processing. I wouldn't want it as a standard attachment. Denied.
