Join Xeno button

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
For standard CM add a button that allows people to join xenos from the menu directly.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Reduce the possibility of people ghosting and picking off weaker locations amongst defences.
Also reduce the chances for survivors hiding in really good spots to be metagamed.
Finally just convenience-sake.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Button in main menu, only active during standard rounds.
Click button, pick larva / xeno like the regular join as xeno do and directly get in the game.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

+1, it would be a good thing to especially reduce the observing meta before joining in.

+1, and uncap the number of players who can start as a xeno so people aren't forced to observe for 30 min because more people wanted xeno than could go xeno.

If this becomes a feature, I can't wait to see the xeno army at round start. Anyways, +1

+1. This would be nice to have. Not having to wait 5 minutes to hop in would be excellent and get those larva positions filled out, and it's balanced by not having the opportunity to sneak a peak as a ghost before joining.

Neutral, this could get somewhat unfair, when someone who was waiting to respawn a xeno gets their spot taken by someone who joins in through the main menu and does need to wait, or are you suggesting all xeno join timers get ditched?

Could always offer that whoever goes in observe mode directly gets the ability to join as xeno while someone that recently ghosted (dead etc) get to wait 5min since he/she could meta.
