Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add a Predator forum locked to whitelisted, developers, headstaff, and hosts containing information about Predator weapons, items, verbs, etcetera.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): New Predators have more information to prepare them, and prevent them from screwing up things too badly.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Add a Predator forum, and a forum status: Whitelisted, that allows access to it, along with the current statuses of developers, headstaff, host, and co-hosts.
