Medical equipment mobility

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow for the process of deconstructing / moving all medical equipment (beside cryo).

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It'll allow for medbay re-designing and generally improve the efficiency / navigation in medical areas.
Field medbays will become a thing, possibly?

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Either use the nanomed method for most dispensers like the chemical dispenser and chem-mix, or allow for a method to deconstruct / carefully remove the equipment from its firm bolts...
Think disposal bin for the later.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
