Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Currently the CE has the rank of Lieutenant Commander (same as the XO), but in the chain of command he is below the Bridge Officers. He should either be demoted to Ensign (same as Requisitions Officer) or be moved above the Bridge Officers in the chain of command.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It will make it clear who commands who.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): As far as I know people with higher rank are higher in the chain of command and I feel that this should be reflected in the wiki.

There's a reason the CE is below the BOs in the CoC, The Chief Engineer is Responsible for the Engineering Department and therefore VERY busy

Apop is pretty adamant about the ranking system. As for the CE,
