ERT Shuttle needs a couple crowbars

Put a couple crowbars on the ERT shuttle

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Since aliens are always slashing up APCs. ERT teams can be stuck in the shuttle when the doors can't be opened. I know some ERTs are given plastic explosives in this circumstance but pizzachimp guy doesn't have any tools to get out of the shuttle.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Pizzachump guy crowbar opens the airlock.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Put a couple crowbars on the shuttle. It helps with other doors as well.

Should just give em' an emergency closet with a crowbar, flashlight, anything else needed and O2 dispensers.

ERTs get griefed / killed too often due to atmo or technical problems when they should be prepared for about everything.
