Summary:
A person should not be able to access the reply feature on a post unless they are logged in.
Benefits:
Currently, people not logged into on the forums can access the reply feature but once they hit the submit button, they will be moved to the log in screen. Upon logging in, the post will have been erased and it will be treated as if they had just hit the reply button. I know it causes me alot of salt when i hit the reply button, write up a decent thought out post, and then hit reply, to find out i wasnt logged in and the post was erased.

Gaze upon me,
for I have wandered deep into the ancient tombs of knowledge to which lie madness and sorrow, cleansing a path for all those who walk behind me...
...
But seriously, does uh, anyone know the way out?!

Re: Remove Forums reply feature when not logged in.
You can only access the reply function when you are logged in. I'm not sure what you mean when you say you can reply while not logged in. Hitting reply while not logged in will take you back to the login screen without bringing up the reply prompt. If you log in, hit reply, then log out elsewhere, then you will be promoted to log in when you hit submit. Resolved.
