Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add a second specialist but not a second vendor, therefore eliminating doubles of Spec gear users, ie. Two SADARS, two B18, et cetera.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It'll help the already fucked over marines a bit more without actually affecting the balance in a huge way, and it'll be lore friendly. (Looking at you, resin cuffs.)

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Simply add a second specialist to squads, with their own token. Two specs for one vendor won't be as game breakingly bad as it sounds, because you won't have duplicate spec weapons being thrown at the aliens. The new xeno update had me thinking of ways to help the marines just a tiny bit without making them particularly OP. New rules would need to be added to keep the second spec from just giving the first one his token and going Standard but that isn't hard to negate. In lore, squads have two specialists, see Aliens for proof. This simple change would help marines to not get utterly steamrolled as they have been getting, Specialists being one of the few things, next to sentries, that actually make xenos think twice. Specialists also tend to try and minirambo often enough that a squad's spec often dies first. If one spec dies, the squad still has another for support. Since other positions can't equip spec gear because of existing roles, adding 4 more specialists wouldn't be too much of an asset if they die.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Add 4 to the preexisting specialist cap, one more for each squad. Add a second locker, not vendor, to each squad's specialist prep room.
