Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):What I'm asking here is the ability to collapse the caves, with C4 and Frag Grenades (Aliens would use acid)

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): More Tactical benefits for aliens and muhreens

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Engineer can set Charges on the WALLs of the cave and cause the overhead rocks to crumble downwards, (This would spawn a big item/wall called 'Rock Debris' they would be a 'tell' when a tile is about to get collapsed on, a earthquake like midi? and/or dust caking the tile. Now, you can also use C4 on the floors of the Caves as well, but it has less of a chance to cause a reaction, frags also work, but have a low chance of causing debris to fall. Did I mention if you get caught under debris it's a gibbing? Well, I did. The debris, while functioning as a wall, CAN be destroyed via bullets or more C4. And Aliens can spit on the cave's walls and after 30 seconds cause a collapse

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
1. You have to be an Engineer to get the prompt to place a charge for cave collapse (Due to knawledge)
2. Wall Planted C4's have a 90% chance to cause a collapse, floor planted have a 70% chance, and thrown frag grenades have a 5% chance
3. Aliens can use acid to the same effect, just will a delay
4. The Rock Debris wall with have about 20 more health than the Resin Walls.

Well....if you follow what Sergent Green did in Aliens:rogue and made an IED out of dummy rounds and set them off, I think that would work.

This seems like a coding nightmare and there's no amount of acid that is going to cause a collapse. The caves are not rock domes, they're underground.

Yeah... they ARE underground... meaning rocks and dirt are ABOVE them.

Actually it's solid rock. The reason the OB doesn't work is because the caves are too deep and sturdy. C4 isn't gonna do shit.

Beyond that, this idea is terrible because they specifically coded the OB so xenos have a place that is safe from getting blown the fuck up. This idea goes directly against work already done and stable for a year with no issues.
