Bug Description: OB x coordinate changes do nothing
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place an OB and set it's X coordinate offset
2. fire
3. no change in x coordinate.

Bump, this happened to me too.. RIP my marines who got killed by my OB. I made them lose the LZ...It fired directly on the OB instead...

This is b ecause the maximun range, as far as i know, i 5, if you put less than five or more than 5, it won't work.
