Military trench shovel to replace machetes for snow map

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Instead of giving out machetes, give out shovels that can be used for excavation and combat too, so that instead of having to find a shovel on the planet, you can have one that's easily available for combat and digging

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

They're useful for marines in setting up FOB's and in combat too. It's also really cool as shit.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

For the snow map, marines can pick up a shovel from req instead of machetes.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

For the snow map, replace machetes in req vendor with the shovel, should look something similar to this. I'm no spriter, but if someone could make them that'd be sick.
