Bug Description: Your right arm hurts terribly, even though it is clearly missing. I feel this message is a bit vague, considering I would notice my arm being chopped off. Perhaps it should be changed to stump, or something.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get your arm cut off.
2. Wait for the pain messages, even though your arm is cut off.

Yeah, they can see on your charachter its gone and if they examine you it says, HE IS MISSING HIS ARM :O
Besides its gonna hurt like hell if youre missing an arm.

Like, you know, it could be more obvious on the health scanner, like 'Subject's ________ is missing!'

If you examine them it does... It tells you HIS RIGHT ARM IS MISSING

You can also put splints on severed arms. My arm was cut off before and someone splinted it.

I've always assumed that was just to represent the broken stump left behind after a section of your arm was ripped off. You wouldn't always lose your arm at the shoulder and if something tore your arm off, I'd guess the rest of your arm would be in pretty bad shape.
