Change the colour of the Requisitions Radio

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
At the current time, the Requisitions radio channel is indiscernable from the Sulaco channel for individuals with proton colourblindness (proton is simply the type of colourblindness and dictates what colours are visible). I would suggest changing it to a light, cool colour, as these aren't currently in heavy use, and they would not have this problem.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This would result in Requisition Officers and Cargo Technicians with proton colourblindness not easily missing orders in the requisitions channel when there's a lot of chat in the main channel. This in turn means that supply drops will be sent and marines will be less likely to run out of helmets, ammunition or other vital supplies.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
It would work by changing colour.

Cant say that i know that many people who mainly do requisitions jobs with proton colorblindness, but it would do no bad either way.

I would concede that it's not a common problem, but, as you say, no harm would come of the change.

Yeah, but still, i just find it odd anyone with a disability of colors plays any game that has a lot of colors on it...

It's not like it's Monochromatic coloublindness (where you can't see colour). Certain colours will look similar but, save for the example provided, none vital to playing the game. It's not like I'll confuse aliens and marines.
