Bug Description: Exactly what's on the tin. Normally everyone has rank when speaking now. However, when you're a maintenance technician, you have the option to stuff your ID into your PDA and wear the PDA as an ID. When you do this, your rank is no longer shown when you speak.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put ID into a PDA
2. Put PDA on ID slot
3. Speak
Small Bug - Rank doesn't appear before name when wearing PDA.

IDs are longer allowed in PDAs. Resolved.
