Bug Description: Deconstructing an emergency floodlight created an invisible wall.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Anchor Floodlight to ground
2. Screwdriver it
3. Crowbar it
4. Use open hand to remover battery
5. Watch as the floodlight despawns, gives you a batter, and leaves behind an invisible wall in its wake.
6. Profit??
