[Ice Colony] Map loot improvement

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Increase the number of following items on the map: Backpack, slight amount of nanomed vendors and finally spare clothings.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This'll improve strategies available for marines, increase their survival rate and make the survivors able to carry much more efficiently their haul around. Making them more inclined to appreciate the role and take higher risks.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Addition of nanomed vendors in certain areas such as medbay... Wall vendors very sparsely in various areas (They'll run dry either way).
Other loot generally in dorms and some civilian-areas.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

+1 for the general idea. The map is incredibly sparse in terms of useful equipment. Medical area in the crew quarters has almost nothing of value in it to attract marines there, all the weapons are sequestered in the underground which can never be reached without the aliens already having lost the map. The individual storage pods West of LZ1 are a pain to break into and they have next to nothing of value inside of them in terms of loot that a survivor or marine might want. In fact, the 30 or so boxes there are really the only things worth going after if you want to surprise your RO and rack up your requisition points. The map overall is generic and lacks incentive to explore and control territory outside of a few key locations.
