Bug Description: Reinforced floors show up UNDER wires and disposal pipes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Find a tile with disposal pipes or wiring
2. Crowbar up the floor tile, and then apply metal rods to reinforce.
3. Discover that the wiring and pipes magically show up above the floor.

It's not a bug. Reinf floor is basically a part of hull itself and not a floor tile. Go play any SS13 build ever.

As stated by Neray, This isn't an actual bug, this is intended features are the Reinforced floor is part of the hull.
