Add magboots for low pressure suit, just as the title says, because there have been a lot of SM issues lately and people can't retrieve dead bodies without being blown side to side. The boots just stop you from any depressurization/overpressurization blowing you away or sucking you out.

Seems pretty old, and I don't see what issues this would resolve in of itself. Denied.
