Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Look at topic.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Researcher will be finally able to stop begging for spare tools every single round. RP-wise, he's working in a lab, lab without backup tools isn't a lab at all.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Probably add a yellow toolbox as well, QoL and stuff. Just make it a bit easier for poor autists to drink their toxic tea, please.
