Personally, I think the shield generators should be removed entirely or at least run on a battery supply. I might be able to code the battery supply if need be.
REASON:
In the perfect setup, Marines are absolutely invincible.

Bubble shield gens? Lol, it's easy to get it, the shield itself isn't acidproof. Just melt it
